All pieces are checked prior to shipping to ensure you are receiving the best product possible.

Guarantee

We will meet our obligations under the Consummer Guarantees Act, any returns are at your cost, but we will meet the cost of replacing any faulty goods and shipping a new item to you within New Zealand only.

If an item is damaged upon arrival PLEASE contact us within 5 days to arrange a replacement.

Hi there. Can a bracelet be swapped if we order the wrong size even after measuring the wrist? Also what is the delivery time to the Waikato? Thanks

Hi Julia- yes I'm happy to swop but the shipping cost will need to be meet by you. If you give me your wrist measurement and style I can check for you. Orders usually arrive within 3 days of ordering😊
